Ph3Job Description Summary /h3 pThe Aero Alliance Mesagne Plant EHS Leader will manage as ASPP (DLGS 81/08) all EHS activities for Mesagne facility reporting to Europe EHS Leader/RSPP. /p h3Job Description /h3 pbEssential Responsibilities /b /p pThe Aero Alliance Mesagne Plant EHS Leader will manage law and compliance EHS requirements to assure the highest EHS standards in the facility acting with sense of urgency to solve problems and to mitigate EHS risks. /p pAero Alliance Mesagne Plant EHS Leader will: /p ul liSupport the EHS Ldr to maintain the integrated safety and environment management system for Italian Legal Entity (ASTI) as per ISO14001 and 45001 standards and extend certifications to Mesagne Plant. /li liBe responsible for internal auditing program execution/reporting as well for external EHS audits carried out by certified 3rd parties or clients. /li liSupport Mesagne site team to identify possible risks and execute corrective/preventive actions according to environmental, health and safety policies procedures. /li liManage EHS performances measuring lagging/leading indicators and accordingly defining continuous improvement programs/initiatives using company EHS digital tools. /li liProvide support and guidance to Mesagne team to execute continuous improvements programs. /li liContinuously update Risk Assessments: Job Safety Analysis, Industrial Hygiene, Contractor interferential RA- DUVRI, other risk assessments, following Management of Changes program. /li liSupport team to complete the assigned regulatory and non-regulatory trainings. /li liSupport communication campaigns, EHS talks etc. /li liMonitor EHS roadmaps and corrective/ improvement actions to ensure timely closure. /li liActively work with the EHS Leader to promote and enhance EHS Culture in the organization. /li /ul pbQualifications/Requirements /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree from an accredited university or a technical high school diploma/GED with significant experience in EHS (5+ years) /li liKnowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001 Standard /li liASPP module A/B certification /li liAttitude to face both contingencies and long-term projects. /li liAbility to work with cross-functional teams. /li liClear thinking attitude to match and anticipate internal customer needs. /li liEU Work Permit /li /ul pbDesired Characteristics /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree in industrial/Mechanical/Safety Engineering is preferred. /li liOpen mindset to learn and promote EHS culture with passion. /li liExperience in activities of complex plants. /li liStrong oral and written communication skills (Italian and English). /li liStrong interpersonal and leadership skills. /li liAbility to coordinate and execute projects. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pbRelocation Assistance Provided: /bNo /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
