We work as a Recruitment Business Partner through specific Specialization Divisions - Companies: HR, Finance & Accountancy Technical & Engineering Sales & Marketing / Supply Chain IT & Digital - Professional Firms Posizione: For a client company, we are currently seeking an: ASSISTANT TO THE GENERAL MANAGER AND SALES ADMINISTRATOR Hierarchical Reporting: General Manager Job Details: - Sales Administration Activities, specifically: - Prices Management_: Price entering in JDE, check with the price list, price adjustment (monthly and/or quarterly) linked to ethylene for pass-through customers, sales orders re-pricing, check invoice, price monitoring, rebates/accruals, manual monthly accrual for customers with resin adjustments. - Credit Limit Management_: monitoring of the on-hold sales order exceeding the credit limit. Release of the on-hold SO after AD or FM authorization as per procedure, asking for the financial information to the supplying company for all the new customers and keep the risky customers monitored. - Sales reports_: daily and monthly report, ISTAT - Costing model_: support to check the limit of profitability for the new quotations/price changes - Budget and RFC_: Budget and Rolling forecasts sales file, budget meeting slides consolidation - Receivables_: check of the statement of account - Customers contracts_ - Marketing activities_: updates of the market data/shares/etc., keeping of articles/material relative to the market - Visits and Meetings Management, specifically: - Purchase of airline tickets/car rentals - Hotels/Restaurants reservations - Management of the weekly travel schedule - Uploading of the Group’s authorization file - Welcome to visitors - Board/Management Meetings/Safety Week/Christmas dinner, etc - Mails management: - daily opening and distribution of the correspondence - Translations activities - Keeping protocols of the Management Meetings - General activity to support the General Manager: - Renewal or the Airport Parking annual subscription every year in October - Sending of the expense tickets to Bender each end of month - Production monitoring.
