Our proprietary platform helps companies in the textile and fashion industry centralize data on all their excess materials, analyzes it, and suggests operational strategies for its circular management (recycle, resale, upcycle) — with the goal of optimizing costs, maximizing generated value, and reducing environmental impact.
YOUR ROLE
Platform Ownership: Taking charge of, maintaining, and evolving the entire current stack (Laravel/Vue/Inertia), ensuring stability and scalability.
Hands‐on Development: Writing code on the front lines (Backend and Frontend), solving complex problems and optimizing performance.
AI & Innovation: Designing and developing new features and products based on Artificial Intelligence, integrating APIs and LLM models to enhance Musthad's offering.
Architecture & Cloud: Managing and optimizing infrastructure on AWS and the MySQL database, ensuring security and cost efficiency.
Technical Leadership: Defining development best practices, driving the technology roadmap, and — looking ahead — building and coordinating the tech team.
Strategy: Collaborating with the founders to translate business objectives into concrete technical solutions.
TECH STACK & REQUIREMENTS
Backend: Full mastery of PHP and Laravel framework.
Frontend: Advanced experience with Vue.Js (Composition API) and Node.Js (JavaScript).
Modern Monolith: Strong experience with Inertia.Js for connecting Laravel and Vue without the complexity of separate APIs.
Database: In-depth knowledge of MySQL, query optimization, and management of complex data structures.
Cloud & DevOps: Experience managing infrastructure on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.), Railway, and deployment pipelines.
AI Integration: Experience (or strong demonstrable proficiency) in integrating AI/LLM services (e.G. OpenAI, Anthropic, open‐source models) into web applications.
Soft Skills: Entrepreneurial mindset: results‐oriented, ownership‐driven, and able to work independently; Ability to see the big picture (from database to user interface).
Nice to have: Familiarity with Tailwind CSS; Previous experience in a startup or scale‐up environment; Hands‐on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines; Understanding of supply chain dynamics in complex industries (e.G. Fashion & Textile); Genuine interest in circular economy and sustainability.
Language: Good command of English for coordination with external teams.
