WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF: - Manage a working flow in the Affiliate Nutra vertical; - Administer at least 2M year budget for nutraceutic products for both the techniques Straight Sale (SS) and VSL; - Lead a media buying performance team. - Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and customer needs. - Monitor key metrics, analyze campaign results, and optimize strategies based on data. - Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies and introduce new ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness. - Plan and control the budget allocated to activities to maximize ROI. WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH: - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Nutra industry. - In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). - Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. - Experience in team management and training professionals. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
