You will be part of the Data, Automation & Messaging Functional Analysis team, supporting the development of innovative solutions for our four Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) in Milan, Copenhagen, Porto, and Oslo. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment at the heart of Europe's capital markets.
You will be primarily responsible for:
* Supporting the collection and analysis of business requirements related to data, robotic process automation (RPA), and messaging processes
* Contributing to the drafting of functional specifications and user stories for new features and process improvements
* Learning and applying functional analysis methodologies and tools in an Agile/Scrum environment
* Assisting in conducting gap analyses and documenting solution options
* Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
* Helping to prepare project updates and status reports
* Maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation of functional specifications and user stories
Your profile:
* Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
* Strong interest in functional/business analysis, data, RPA, and financial services
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
* Proactive attitude, curiosity, and openness to feedback
* Excellent knowledge of both Italian and English (written and spoken)
