We are looking for IT End User Support Technicians who enjoy hands‐on technical work and direct interaction with end users.Role OverviewThis is an onsite IT support role ideal for candidates with experience in end‐user computing. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues at the customer location, helping users resolve hardware and software problems and ensuring a smooth day‐to‐day operation.ResponsibilitiesPrimarily support end‐user devices such as the following:

Support Microsoft software (e.g. Windows 11, Microsoft Outlook)iPhone configurationIntune knowledgeTeamViewer knowledgeExcellent communication skillsNetwork knowledgeWIN11 imaging compulsoryLocal and network printer knowledgeActive DirectoryMS TeamsIT asset inventoryThermal printer supportHandheld scanner supportVideo conferencing equipmentExperience in ServiceNow ticketing system compulsoryPrevious experience supporting IT in a plant environment

QualificationsTechnical Skills

Good understanding of PC and printer hardwareExperience with Microsoft Windows operating systemsFamiliarity with standard office applications (Microsoft Office, etc.)Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN)Exposure to ticketing tools (ServiceNow)

Non‐Technical Skills

Strong customer‐service mindsetAbility to multitask and prioritize in a busy environmentClear verbal and written communicationWillingness to learn and develop new technical skillsReliability, professionalism and a hands‐on working style

Education & Certifications

Technical college diploma or equivalent in computer science or related fieldA+ certification (or willingness to obtain)OEM certifications (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Lexmark, IBM) are an advantage and may be required depending on assignment
