Organize and update safety documentation, including training records, checklists, and reports. Assist with monitoring and managing safety equipment (inventory, checks, and maintenance schedules). Coordinate safety trainings and accurately track employee certifications. Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries following audits or inspections. Participate in safety walks and inspections to identify potential risks. Collaborate with local teams to promote a safety culture and awareness among employees.
