OverviewAs a Senior Backend Engineer you will design and develop the backend and core platform for an incident‐automation solution that enables Alpitronic to detect charger issues early, trigger reliable automated remediation, and scale autonomous operations across a rapidly growing network. You will evolve today's automation logic into a robust, maintainable, and scalable product platform by strengthening system architecture, workflow reliability, integrations, and observability.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement backend services for an incident‐automation platform, including telemetry processing, orchestration, workflow execution, case/ticket integrations, and platform APIsEvolve the current architecture from tightly coupled workflows and database‐driven logic to a modular, event‐driven, and scalable backend platformBuild and maintain reliable integrations with charger telemetry, ticketing/case systems, service workflows, and customer‐facing product componentsImprove workflow reliability, idempotency, retry mechanisms, state management, error handling, and auditability across automated playbooksCollaborate with product, service, R&D, and data engineering teams to translate operational playbooks into maintainable backend capabilitiesContribute to technical decisions on rules/policy handling, workflow orchestration, context modeling, observability, and system scalabilitySupport the implementation of secure, governed, and monitorable AI/agent‐based backend capabilities where appropriateHelp define engineering standards, testing strategies, deployment patterns, and the long‐term backend architectureQualificationsDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experienceSignificant backend engineering experience in production systemsStrong proficiency in C# / .NET and in designing distributed backend services and cloud‐based APIsExperience with event‐driven architectures, message queues, async processing, and workflow/state managementSolid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and familiarity with time‐series, event, or document data modelsExperience with system integration, observability, logging, tracing, and operational monitoringHands‐on experience with Docker, CI/CD, and modern cloud deployment practices; AWS; exposure to workflow/orchestration engines, rules engines, or complex backend automation and experience in IoT, industrial, fleet, or other operationally critical environments are considered a plusStrong systems thinking, architectural judgment, and pragmatic problem‐solving mindsetAbility to balance speed, maintainability, and reliability, with clear communication across technical and non‐technical teamsOwnership mentality, ability to drive topics independently, and comfort working in ambiguityCollaborative attitude and willingness to challenge assumptions constructivelyFluent English; German and/or Italian is a plusOur CommitmentInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
