What You'll Do
Ensure high‐quality delivery of IDC events, managing logistics, speakers, partners, and delegates
Oversee financials to ensure event profitability
Execute marketing activities (event websites, email campaigns, telemarketing)
Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging and maximize delegate attendance
Work closely with sales teams and other lines of business
Build and maintain strong, long‐term relationships within the market
Attend events in person across Italy
We Are Looking For Someone Who
Has 3+ years of end‐to‐end event management experience
Brings an entrepreneurial, motivated, assertive, and collaborative mindset
Possesses strong project management and organizational skills
Has business‐level English proficiency
Is skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to have: Experience with Email Marketing tools (e.g., Cvent, Adestra)
