We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our team for the 2026 season.
Please note: applicants must already have the legal right to work in Italy.
THE ROLE
As Waiter/Waitress, you will:
* Deliver attentive, polished, and personalised service
* Guide guests through the menu with confidence and clarity
* Maintain a deep understanding of dishes, ingredients, and daily changes
* Ensure tables are set and maintained to high standards
* Work closely with the kitchen and bar team during service
* Anticipate guest needs and respond with professionalism
* Contribute to a calm and well-organised service flow
IDEAL PROFILE
* Strong communication skills
* Conversational Italian and English
* Warm, professional, and well-presented
* Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
* Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
* Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus
* Legal right to work in Italy (mandatory)
