Position
We are looking for experienced and motivated buyers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for procuring, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services, balancing cost, quality, and delivery by managing suppliers, analyzing market trends, and ensuring continuity of supply.
Specific Areas of Interest
* Materials for Turbine and Generators, including outsourcing activities and spare parts.
* Investments and services for large machine tools, including their maintenance and spare parts management.
* BOP Goods and services, linked to complex projects, including materials, equipment, and subcontracting.
* Mechanical components and sub‑systems belonging to the auxiliary systems of gas turbines, steam turbines and generators services for large machine tools, including their spare parts management.
Main Responsibilities
* Identify and evaluate suppliers.
* Negotiate contracts and supply conditions to ensure the best value for money.
* Manage the procurement process, from requesting quotes to selecting suppliers.
* Monitor supplier performance and manage long‑term relationships.
* Collaborate with the Service team to ensure the timely availability of necessary spare parts.
* Analyze market trends and technological innovations to optimize procurement strategies.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Requirements
* Degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience in Procurement, knowledge of procurement practices and supplier management.
* Knowledge of industry regulations, procedures and contractual clauses.
* Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
* In‑depth knowledge of industrial components and technologies.
* Capability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Experience in managing spare parts and equipment.
* Knowledge of procurement management software and ERP systems.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Knowledge of English written and spoken; ability to hold conversations in the language. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Travel Commitment
Less than 10%.
