Position: Warehouse Operations Team Leader\nLocation: Mason, OH\nJob Id: 1253\n# of Openings: 0\nWarehouse Operations Team Leader\nSummary\nThe Warehouse Operations Team Leader is responsible for guiding the daily activities of the warehouse team while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role oversees personnel, inventory processes, workflow coordination, and administrative functions to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant operations. The Team Leader plays a critical role in developing team capabilities, strengthening departmental processes, and supporting long‑term operational excellence. This position is located in our corporate office located in Mason, OH.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities Apply in‑depth knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and logistics processes to interpret procedures, resolve non‑standard issues, and recommend enhancements that improve departmental performance.\nProvide daily coaching, constructive feedback, and clear work direction to team members to reinforce standard work, close performance gaps, and support ongoing skill development.\nDevelop, maintain, and communicate weekly work schedules aligned with workload demands and staffing requirements.\nLead assigned warehouse areas to achieve accuracy, productivity, safety, and service-level targets, escalating systemic challenges and partnering with leadership to address root causes.\nActively participate in the safety committee and champion a proactive, safety‑first culture across the department.\nSupport the RGA process by ensuring accurate part identification, documentation, and timely processing.\nAssist with RPC part identification and photographic documentation to maintain data accuracy and traceability.\nCoordinate expedited international imports and ensure timely delivery to meet customer expectations.\nMonitor SAP reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and support data‑driven decision‑making.\nOversee daily workflow, resolving operational conflicts, staffing gaps, and exceptions requiring sound judgment and cross‑functional coordination.\nManage outsourced services related to logistics equipment maintenance and shipping supplies to ensure operational readiness.\nPerform and support warehouse system transactions, documentation, and record‑keeping to maintain process integrity and compliance. Qualifications Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.\nExperience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.\nProficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).\nStrong understanding of warehouse best practices, safety standards, and compliance requirements.\nProven ability to coach, train, and lead teams in a fast‑paced environment.\nStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Education and Experience Associate degree in warehouse/logistics management or equivalent experience.\nMinimum of 3–5 years of warehouse experience, including supervisory or team leadership responsibilities.
