We have strong ambitions regarding EHS. /p pTo support our strategy and road maps, we are looking for an EHS Manager to develop and implement the EHS programs and improve our EHS performance. /p pYou will join the industrial Italy organization and the EHS team. You will report to the Italy Campus Manager (strong line) and to the EHS Group Director (dotted line). /p pYou will deal with Environment, Health and Safety matters mainly related to the production plant of Porto Empedocle (AG) (app. 50 employees), for the production plant Cavriago (app. 35 employees) and, limited to some activities, for the headquarter of Milano. /p pbThe position is based preferably in Porto Empedocle (AG) /b. However, a preference for being based in Cavriago’s (RE) site can be evaluated too. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pbGeneral /b /p ul liProvide leadership, support and technical guidance to the Italian team to assure programs EHS Culture are developed and effectively implemented that provide a safe and healthy work environment, maintain compliance and protect the environment; /li liImprove existing EHS programs and align with Global Policy and Rules, programs and initiatives, regulatory requirements, and business expectations; /li liProvide strong EHS leadership supporting business and EHS goals and objectives; /li liLead business in complying with all applicable EHS rules, regulations and Ceva policies; /li liEnsure all required reporting; /li liFocal point / contact with authorities /li /ul pbEHS Management /b /p ul liMain activities are the following: /li liManagement and updating of Risk Assessment Documents (General and Specific) for Cavriago and Milano’s sites; /li liManagement of health surveillance (for Cavriago); /li liManagement of employee trainings (for Cavriago and Milano); /li liDrafting e updating of Standard Operating Procedures and HSE Operating Instructions, and staff training (for Cavriago and Milano); /li liManagement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for Cavriago and Milano; /li liAnalysis and management of accidents, injuries, near miss, unsafe acts, unsafe actions of the Campus; /li liScheduling and management of internal inspections to identify environmental, health and safety risks (for Cavriago); /li liScheduling and management of the training program on emergency procedures, workplace health and safety and other relevant topics; /li liImplementation at local level of the internal standards deriving from the Group (for all three sites); /li liMonitor the level of compliance with the procedures in place; /li liManages the creation, revision and accessibility of safety data sheets; /li liManages and coordinates health, safety and environmental aspects during external companies’s visits; /li liActive participation in the EHS Ceva network to share and implement best practices on campus. /li /ul h3Professional Experience/Qualifications /h3 ul liPosition requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, science or business with at least 5 years of professional experience, including EHS, operational line; /li liKnowledge of EHS issues: chemical product management, ATEX, audits, LOTO, ergonomics, waste management, energy and water management, CO2 emissions; /li liProfound knowledge of EHS methods: root cause analysis, CAPA management, KPIs, risk assessment; /li liExcellent communication skills; /li liExcellent organizational skills and attention to details; /li liExcellent knowledge of the Office package (word, ppt, Excel, Outlook); /li liGood knowledge of the English language; /li liTeam working; /li liFlexibility; /li liPrecision and sense of responsibility /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
