By ensuring accurate contract administration, reliable data management, and effective coordination with landlords, tenants, and internal teams, this role directly supports revenue integrity, regulatory compliance, and long‐term asset performance.Key ResponsibilitiesContract & Asset Administration
Administer site management agreements, leases, subleases, rooftop easements, and similar contractual arrangements.Review legal documentation and contractual terms, identifying risks, discrepancies, and required actions.Track expiring tenant agreements and negotiate extensions under favorable commercial terms.
Financial Oversight & Data Accuracy
Collaborate with Finance and Administration to ensure billing and payment accuracy in line with contractual terms.Escalate monthly revenue and expense variances, identify data inaccuracies, and support corrective actions.Ensure continuous accuracy of asset, contract, and financial data within designated databases and CRM systems.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Act as a primary point of contact for site providers (landowners or their agents) and tenants.Communicate contractual terms and reconciliation outcomes clearly to external stakeholders.Resolve disputes related to site providers, tenants, relocations, expropriations, or other asset‐related issues in compliance with company policies.
Cross‐Functional & Legal Collaboration
Work closely with Legal teams to ensure contractual quality, compliance, and alignment with company standards.Support internal stakeholders by responding to asset, tenant, and property‐related inquiries.Prepare, amend, and negotiate customer contract renewals using approved legal templates.
Portfolio & Operational Support
Monitor asset acquisitions and ensure timely tenant notifications and acknowledgements.Oversee DAS facility management, coordinating with external technical providers to ensure proper maintenance.Ensure default notices are addressed within cure periods and that documentation is properly archived.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a technical discipline such as Architecture, Surveying (Geometra), Construction, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in asset management, contract administration, real estate operations, legal documentation roles.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and database systems.Italian: C1 level or higher.English: B2 level or higher.
Nice to Have
Paralegal degree or legal‐focused education.Experience with wireless telecommunications, infrastructure assets, or real estate contract terminology.Exposure to CRM or property/asset management platforms.
