The selected candidate analyze market trends (in partnership with the sales force) and sales data to maximize profitability, reduce markdowns, and ensure product availability across all customers.

Key Responsibilities
\n
OTB Management: Control the Open-to-Buy (OTB) to ensure the right inventory is available at the right time (Monitor inbound Shipment Monitoring vs. ETA)
\n
Inventory & Financial Planning: Develop seasonal merchandise financial plans (quantities, sales, inventory for WHS and ECOMM) to meet financial goals and maximize profitability.
\n
Allocation management: work with Customer service and logistic by directing allocation priorities for RETAIL (gallery Holding) and WHS channels.
\n
Forecasting & Replenishment: Manage in-season replenishment forecasts, creating and updating ladder plans to reflect weekly or monthly selling trends.
\n
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze business performance (sales, stock levels) to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights for merchandise and sales decisions.
\n
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with merchandising, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
\n
Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data manipulation and tools like Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
\n
Retail Math: Deep understanding of retail metrics (e.g., markdowns, turn, margin).
\n
Communication: Ability to present findings and influence decision-making with senior leadership.
\n

This is a full-time role under the Italian CCNL Commercio (Level 2–3), with a gross annual salary between €40.000 and €50.000. The position starts with a fixed-term contract, with the aim of transitioning into a permanent role. xivgfpx
