Ph3Overview /h3 pBNP Paribas CIB is offering a 12-month Global Banking EMEA – Investment Banking track as part of the Graduate Program. The program rotates between Milan (Leveraged Finance) and Paris (MA) and includes development activities, an inclusive work environment, and opportunities to work between Milan and Paris. The selection process is managed by BNP Paribas. /p h3Program structure /h3 pThe Graduate Program Global Banking EMEA – Investment Banking track provides two 6-month rotations: one in Leveraged Finance in Milan and the second in MA in Paris. The program begins with a two-week development program from the Investment Banking Academy, at BNP Paribas training Campus near Paris, covering technical and soft skills. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liContribute to the preparation of presentations and pitches to support the marketing effort. /li liCarry out sector and company research, analyze operational benchmarks, and perform valuation work, synthesizing information from multiple sources. /li liPerform financial and risk analysis to facilitate discussions with internal partners; develop financial models. /li liSupport the proper execution of projects (marketing materials, financial models, process management). /li liSupport transaction marketing, including the development of strategy, schedule, target investors, and analysis of comments. /li liParticipate in training of interns within the team. /li liInteract with internal partners (legal, research, compliance). /li /ul h3Rotations and teams /h3 ul liLeveraged Finance: origination, structuring, and execution of LBO and corporate leveraged financings (including TLBs and HYBs); provide integrated financing solutions to midcap and sub-investment grade clients; monitor portfolios. /li liEMEA Advisory Group (EAG): involvement in MA processes (buy/sell, public/private) from marketing to execution. /li /ul h3Profile and qualifications /h3 pYou are a candidate with: /p ul liMaster’s degree in economics or related fields; strong knowledge in corporate finance and/or financial modeling. /li liExperience in MA or Debt Markets (Leveraged Finance) or related internships/work-study. /li liProactivity, strong communication, rigor, collaboration, and adaptability in a demanding environment. /li liFluency in Italian and English. /li liWillingness to invest fully in demanding roles. /li /ul h3Environment and culture /h3 pJoin an international, challenging environment with a global footprint.
