The position ensures correct execution, accounting and reconciliation of transactions, as well as compliance with regulatory and internal procedures.The role will be responsible for the following activities:Trade & Transaction ManagementManagement, control and monitoring of transactions on financial instruments and derivativesVerification of executed trades, including confirmations, matching and transaction validationSupport in managing transactions on regulated and OTC marketsOperational Management of Derivative TransactionsOperational management of derivative transactionsMonitoring of financial flows and settlement processesSupport to clearing and settlement activities through clearing houses (e.G. CC&G, LCH, Eurex)Accounting & Administrative ManagementAccounting entries for financial and derivative transactionsManagement of accruals, financial revenues and economic flowsSupport with accounting and financial reconciliation activitiesReconciliation and ControlsReconciliation of positions and balances with counterparties, clearing houses and custodiansControl of operational data and management of discrepanciesOversight of internal control processes and first-level controlsRegulatory Compliance & ReportingSupport in the preparation of regulatory and operational reportsVerification of data accuracy in line with applicable regulationsCollaboration with Compliance, Risk Management and Audit functionsInteraction with Internal & External StakeholdersDaily interaction with Front Office, Risk Management, Compliance and FinanceOperational relationships with brokers, counterparties and external providersRequirementsDegree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or related fieldsAt least 4–5 years of experience in Middle Office / Back Office roles on financial instruments and derivativesSolid knowledge of financial instruments, with a strong focus on derivativesFamiliarity with trade processing, settlement, reconciliation and accounting processesGood knowledge of market applications and banking operating systemsGood command of the English languageNice to haveExperience in Global Markets or Investment Banking environmentsKnowledge of clearing and settlement processes through clearing housesKnowledge of relevant regulations (e.G.
