Responsibilities include: Managing client relationships in collaboration with sales management. Overseeing project execution to ensure alignment with time, cost, and revenue expectations. Managing project risks to prevent and mitigate issues. Coordinating activities across company teams involved in project implementation. Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Monitoring project progress with clients. Handling financial aspects such as costs, revenues, and profitability. Qualifications for success: Strong knowledge of the hospital and healthcare market. Experience with healthcare clinical processes (EHR, Surgery, First Aid, Oncology, Therapy, Laboratory systems). Proven experience managing complex IT projects in healthcare. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Leadership skills to guide project teams. Excellent negotiation skills. Understanding of public health operating processes. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Prince2 / PMP certification. Knowledge of CAD and AGID guidelines for public administration. Understanding of Consip conventions.
