The candidate will operate within a system-level core team, interfacing with agencies and customers. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and team-oriented mindset are essential. As a Project Office Manager with at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing and financial aspects, the candidate will support all phases of the project management lifecycle, applying methodologies and supporting complex, high-profile projects across various sectors. Key duties include: Managing budget, cost, and schedule control of programs. Overseeing process control actions within the domain. Supporting project resource requests and intra-domain mobility. Managing resource forecasts in line with commercial scenarios. Supporting mobility and competitiveness improvement processes. Reporting gaps, drifts, and proposing recovery plans. Assisting in structuring and planning project components such as PBS, WBS, OBS, Master Schedule, and RAM. Managing risks and opportunities registers, tracking mitigation and shaping plans. Preparing KPIs, reports, and action plans. Producing monthly progress reports and internal dashboards. Supporting contract administration.
