Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager to support one of our major clients in the automotive sector.
Your role will focus on meeting participation, stakeholder coordination, data collection, and structured reporting to support management and project governance.
Main Responsibilities
* End‐to‐end management of project activities and deliverables
* Coordination between technical teams, suppliers, and internal departments
* Monitoring project progress, timelines, and quality
* Managing communication across various technical and cross‐functional stakeholders
* Collecting, organizing, and systematizing project data and documentation
* Supporting management in project planning and follow‐ups
Required Skills
* Excellent communication skills
* German (mandatory)
* C1 level in Italian & English
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work with sensitive data
Nice to Have
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
* Experience in the automotive domain
* Ability to work in structured and fast-paced environments
