TXT E-TECH, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a System Engineer to be involved in complex programs within the Defence sector, characterized by high requirements in terms of reliability, security, and regulatory compliance.
The selected candidate will join multidisciplinary teams and will be involved throughout all phases of the system life cycle (V-Model), from requirements definition to support during integration, verification, and validation activities.
The role includes a significant contribution to System Design and Complex Sub-System Design activities, ensuring architectural consistency and requirements traceability between the system and its subsystems.
Main Responsibilities
Analyze, define, and manage system and subsystem requirements
Design system architectures and complex subsystems
Apply System Engineering methodologies in mission-critical environments
Manage requirements traceability using IBM DOORS
Support Integration, Verification, and Validation (IV&V) activities
Act as a technical interface with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
Mandatory Requirements
Proven experience in System Engineering
Advanced skills in System Design and Complex Sub-System Design
Knowledge and hands-on experience with IBM DOORS for requirements management
Familiarity with processes and standards typical of the Defence sector
Ability to operate in structured and regulated environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills
Willingness to travel
Education:
Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
