Bulgari Spa, within the Advertising & Promotion Investment & Governance department based in Rome, is searching for an Advertising & Promotion Budget Analyst.
The selected person will actively support the Global Marketing and Communications Department in achieving business goals, fostering a data-driven culture within the team and a KPI-oriented approach to A&P investments.
Job responsibilities
Main Accountabilities
* Act as project manager, coordinating all activities needed to optimize A&P investments to enhance business performance and ensure governance;
* Be a reliable stakeholder for both marketing & communication and finance teams, as well as top management, providing accurate, timely analysis on marketing and communications performance;
* Provide meaningful, actionable insights, advice, and recommendations on historical and future marketing and communication performance to company leadership;
* Monitor period performance and execution of marketing & communication projects and routines;
* Explain, present, and analyze the A&P performance of the company, transforming information into insights and actionable decisions;
* Build the budget and relevant revisions, preparing bottom-up estimates by department according to established targets and deadlines; offer strategic advice on cost savings and margin improvement;
* Be responsible for corporate and local reporting of the company and coordinate reporting for all areas, meeting deadlines; develop ad-hoc reports to meet specific information needs;
* Understand company systems and data to assess implications of operational changes on reporting.
Profile
Qualifications
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in a finance department; international experience is a plus;
* Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis techniques;
* Strong analytical skills to plan and analyze business performance;
* Strong numerical ability supported by business awareness;
* Fluency in Italian and English;
* Ability to see the big picture with a pragmatic approach;
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
* Proactive, flexible, results-driven, organized;
* Strong communication skills at all business levels;
* Experience working in virtual teams and coordinating across groups.
