Job Description
As a local HR expert in Italy, you will be responsible for maintaining client employee relationships, handling employee onboarding, transfers, relocations, offboarding, and verifying payroll calculations. You will provide daily consulting and client relationship support, requiring coverage of multiple European countries, familiarity with European labor laws, and multilingual proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as our in-house HR expert for Italy and Europe, handling all complex people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
2. Own and drive employee lifecycle management: onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
3. Verify payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Provide daily HR consulting to clients, maintain client relationships, and resolve cross-border employment issues.
5. Administrative support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You should have familiarity with European labor laws, particularly in Italy and surrounding countries. Fluency in English is required, with additional European languages (e.g., German, French) being a plus. A data-driven mindset, strong service skills, and ability to work independently are essential.
