About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located on Aviano AB, Italy. This is a NAF (Non-Appropriated Fund) position assigned to the 31st Force Support Squadron at Aviano AB, Italy. Duties Serves as the primary technical expert performing gaming machine maintenance and customer support functions at base level. Works under the supervision of the Regional Gaming Program Manager. Duties involve troubleshooting gaming devices/kiosks/software, repairing and installing gaming machine hardware and software. Maintains gaming operations, including gaming functionality, computer hardware/software, peripherals, and services. Operates proprietary applications such as gaming accounting software, coin-less software, and other commercial software products for Windows. Serves as a principal resource for daily gaming operations maintenance and technology functions. Maintains accurate records of events, malfunctions, repairs, and updates related to gaming devices and system performance. Maintains a small inventory of parts and supplies needed for tasks. Provides technical assistance and training to users. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with team members. Performs other related duties as assigned.
