PpDic 9, 2025 /p h3Principal Duty /h3 ul liManagement of intralogistics projects as project manager of the general contractor, achieving contribution margins from the successful realization of customer projects. /li liRealisation of the assigned projects in compliance with the schedule, the budget and the quality requirements. /li liCustomer satisfaction. /li /ul h3Tasks and Responsibilities /h3 ul liEffective implementation of the TGW resources on a day-to-day basis to ensure the scope of work is provided as specified. /li liAssess the commercial and technical risk of the project. /li liEnsure that the project implementation objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner in respect of cost and schedule, in accordance with TGW’s project, quality and safety procedures. /li liFacilitate the delivery of quality expectations and targets. /li liAct as the primary contact for TGW quality assurance matters as directly related to the project. /li liCoordinate the delivery of the project management process and provide guidance to the project team. /li liCooperate with the Purchasing department in the selection of Suppliers which will be involved in the Project. /li liEnsure proper coordination of Suppliers in order to meet project deadlines. /li liWork with the Project Team to establish the detailed project scope and deliverables. /li liWork with the Project Team establishing the project structure, resources and roles and responsibilities. /li liFacilitate the creation of the integrated project plan. /li liDevelop the project meetings schedule and the defining lines of communication. /li liIdentify project risks and determine mitigation actions or contingency plans. /li liThe timely management of any arising project issues. /li liAdherence to the project reporting and financial controls processes. /li liActing as the primary customer interface on a day to day basis. /li liManaging project approvals required from the customer. /li liManaging proposed changes to the agreed project scope, timescales and budgets. /li liReporting on project status to Management. /li liFacilitate the management of project resources and costs within agreed budgets and timescales. /li liContribute to the development of project management capabilities and in defining service offerings to the business. /li liEnsure project completion, acceptance and handover criteria have been achieved as per contractual obligations. /li liClarify client test criteria and success criteria. /li liAssist in providing direction and support to project teams. /li liEnsure 100% compliance to Company reporting requirements. /li liImplementation of Company core values in the daily work. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liEntrepreneurial thinking and action, cost‑consciousness. /li liReliability, stamina and implementation strength. /li liDegree qualified or equivalent in Engineering disciplines. /li liExperience in the logistics industry (desirable). /li liExperience working on high value projects (desirable). /li liArticulate with good customer facing skills and the ability to manage effectively at all organizational levels. /li liExcellent communication and leadership skills. /li liExcellent both in Italian and English (spoken and written). /li liFamiliar with project management methodologies. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
