Reschio is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to work in close collaboration with Count Benedikt Bolza, Owner and Chief Creative Architect, contributing to the development of exceptional private residential projects within one of Europes most distinctive architectural and design environments.The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting the creative direction of Count Bolza and the Reschio design leadership, translating it into precise, coherent and buildable architectural drawings, details and construction information.
It requires the ability to understand, protect and develop a clearly defined architectural language with rigour, sensitivity and technical precision.
The ideal candidate will combine architectural intelligence with method, patience and an uncompromising attention to detail.Founded in ****, the Reschio design studio has developed a highly structured architectural culture and a distinctive design imprint, supported today by three Senior Architects and eight draftspersons.
Within this environment, standards of drawing, proportion, materiality and construction detail are carefully codified and consistently refined across projects.

About the role - Technical Design, Construction Detailing & Site InterfaceWorking closely with Count Benedikt Bolza and the internal architectural team, the Senior Technical Architect will be responsible for developing high-end residential projects from design intent through to detailed technical execution.
The Senior Technical Architect will coordinate and guide the work of two draftspersons, setting priorities, reviewing drawings, maintaining consistency across all project documentation and ensuring that the team works with accuracy, clarity and discipline.
A key part of the role will be to act as the technical interface between the design office and the site teams, contractors and craftsmen.
This includes issuing drawings and details, clarifying construction intent, resolving technical questions and ensuring that the design is correctly understood and executed on site.
The focus is on architectural quality, technical clarity and faithful execution of the design intent.
Administrative, statutory and bureaucratic matters, including planning permissions, filings and formal procedures, are managed through external consultants and are not the primary responsibility of this role.Will have the maturity to work closely with a strong creative figure, the humility to serve a defined architectural vision, and the technical confidence to transform that vision into drawings and details of the highest standard.
Will be comfortable operating in an environment where expectations are high, details matter, and quality is judged not only by the idea, but by the discipline with which it is developed and built.
Develop and technically execute high-end residential and restoration projects under the direction of Count Benedikt Bolza.Translate creative direction into precise, consistent and buildable architectural drawings.Produce, coordinate and review detailed drawings, construction documents, specifications and technical packages.Maintain rigorous control over drawing quality, detailing, proportions, materials and construction logic.Provide technical support to site teams, contractors and craftsmen, ensuring that drawings and details are clearly understood and correctly implemented.Minimum of 10 years professional experience, preferably with a strong background in high-end residential architecture, restoration, hospitality or bespoke private projects.
Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, detailing and site execution.Strong experience coordinating or reviewing the work of junior architects, draftspersons or technical design teams.Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
Knowledge of 3D tools, Revit, Rhinoceros, Photoshop and Microsoft Office is desirable.A refined architectural sensibility, with the ability to work within and develop an established design language rather than impose an independent stylistic agenda.Ability to communicate clearly with architects, craftsmen, contractors and site teams.Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
