In this permanent position, you will become part of our bEngineering Process Supply Department /b, supporting a variety of cutting-edge projects in the bsemiconductor /b and bpharmaceutical /b industries. /ppYou will play a central role in the bdesign, development, and field execution /b of industrial water treatment systems (WWT and UPW), ensuring technical excellence from engineering through to on-site installation and commissioning. /ph3bExplore your tasks and responsibilities /b /h3ulliDevelop engineering designs for industrial water treatment plants in line with SEMI, ASME and GMP standards, as well as national and local regulations /liliPrepare engineering documentation including layouts, PFDs, PIDs, mass and energy balances, technical specifications, datasheets, equipment lists, material take-offs and tender documentation /liliConduct technical bid evaluations and support procurement processes /liliFollow up with vendors during equipment fabrication, delivery and erection phases /liliManage and resolve supplier NCRs /liliParticipate in intra- and interdisciplinary design review meetings /liliSupport site activities such as field installation checks, preparation of checklists and punch lists, and documentation for pre-commissioning and commissioning /liliEnsure all construction activities comply with safety regulations, company procedures and technical specifications /li /ulh3bShow your expertise /b /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent /lili3–5 years of experience in the design and construction of industrial water treatment plants (WWT and UPW) /liliKnowledge of UHP gas and chemical distribution systems, clean utilities and pharma processes is considered a strong plus /liliFamiliarity with SEMI standards, GMP requirements, ultrapure water technologies and industrial wastewater treatment processes /liliStrong understanding of process control, PID standards, ISA symbology, piping and valve classes for UPW, UHP gases, chemicals and clean utilities /liliExperience in instrumentation controls, sequences of operation and commissioning/start-up activities /liliProficiency with software tools such as MS Office, AutoCAD 2D/3D, Visio, MS Project; process simulation tools (e.g., WAVE) are a plus /liliStrong interpersonal skills, problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams /liliFlexibility to travel nationally and internationally for extended periods /liliFluent in English; additional languages such as German are advantageous /li /ulh3bContact: /b /h3pYou want to be part of the Exyte team?
