Job Overview

Grafton Office, a specialized unit of Gi Group, is looking for a Contabile to join its Accounting team in Varazze (SV). The role involves active and passive invoicing, ledger entry, bank reconciliation, VAT returns, depreciation, and customs documentation. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of experience, is proactive, and works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage invoicing (forward and reverse) with a focus on registering and accounting for suppliers.
• Record the first journal entries.
• Process bank statements, reconcile bank accounts, and review RIBA entries to ensure proper accounting and tax compliance.
• Perform periodic VAT liquidations and prepare the annual declaration.
• Handle depreciation and fixed‑asset accounting.
• Register customs documents and invoices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics or Diploma in Accounting.
• Good command of English at B2 level.
• Excellent use of Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of Alyante and Teamsystem is a plus.

Benefits

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule. Direct employment contract. Salary 26k–30k depending on skills, plus €8 Ticket Restaurant per day. Location: Varazze (SV).
