JoomPro is a platform for cross-border wholesale trade. We aspire to create a new level of service in the wholesale purchasing market. We want to give everyone from anywhere in the world an opportunity to order goods from factories in China (and Vietnam, Bangladesh, Turkey in future) quickly, easily, and safely. JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, international group of e-commerce companies that was founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom also includes other businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom's offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, Brazil and Portugal. Now we are looking for an experienced product designer who will create interfaces for the JoomPro website together with the team. Responsibilities - Immersing in the business domain, developing product usage scenarios, simplifying processes, and asking questions to make the interfaces of internal products friendly and convenient - Participating in the development of the design library - Discussing product functionality with managers and developers, assisting and overseeing the execution of tasks during development. - Presenting the results of your work and working with the feedback - Participating in research and improving current solutions - Sharing expertise with other designers and colleagues from related teams Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience working in product teams - Strong desire to improve internal services, demonstrating a high level of empathy - Ability to distinguish between B2C and B2B market segments - Proficiency in Figma - Intermediate level of English or higher; proficiency in English is necessary as we design layouts and communicate in English - Data-driven and analytical approach - Understanding of web service development principles - Portfolio showcasing relevant design cases and projects We are offering - Flexible working hours and 22 days of paid annual leave - Extended health insurance for the employees and their families, including dental care coverage - 100% paid sick leaves - Personal development: professional events, workshops, English classes, corporate library - Daily meal allowance - Annual team retreats
