JOB BRIEFING The overall goal of the Brand Activation Manager is to make Zamora Company’s brands more relevant within key stakeholders in the Italian on-trade as well as to support the Area Management on key international projects- The focus brands will be
Martin Miller’s Gin (80%)
and
Licor 43 (20%)
. On the
conceptual side
, the Brand Activation Manager will work closely with the Global Marketing and Activation team to ensure concepts are relevant for the key outlets and can be effectively implemented in the local market. On the
executional side
, the role will support and challenge our distributor, Compagnia dei Caraibi (CDC), to deliver activities of the highest possible quality within the most relevant universe for the brands. The Brand Activation Manager will also monitor the performance of activations, benchmark across outlets, and facilitate learnings to continuously improve execution and impact.
The Location is ideally Rome, other locations in Italy can be considered.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Driving Success in Italian On Trade Drive and support the execution standards at the point of sales in collaboration with global marketing and CDC Support and challenge the CDC team to overachieve the targets set for the CDC sales team Manage the activation of Martin Miller’s Gin in the most relevant outlets, with a strong focus on
driving rotation as well as visibility
. Develop and implement a brand market segmentation for the Zamora brands and drive the implementation
Supporting international development Lead glo-cal activation programmes across the on-trade and event universe. Adapt global concepts to the Italian market in collaboration with the Global Marketing & Activation team - support and manage brand trainings in international market based on defined projects Build and. Represent Zamora brands during special events and with strategic customers.
Capability Building & Communication Secure high-leve
l communication and training materials for CDC teams and customers and support international synergies. Develop and deliver workshops and training to drive focus and executional excellence in Italy and internationally within defined projects. Act as the national lead and international deputy for brand–customer programmes, ensuring strong alignment and delivery.
Performance & Budget Management Manage own A&P budget and activation calendar, aligned with yearly brand plans. Track and evaluate KPIs, with
rotation of Martin Miller’s Gin
as a key measure of success, alongside visibility, engagement, and sales impact. Monitor outlet-level performance, benchmark across countries, and facilitate the sharing of best practices.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS Solid experience in the
HoReCa channel
, ideally within
spirits or premium beverages
. Strong knowledge of
bartending, mixology, and hospitality dynamics
. Excellent
presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
. A
natural networker and strong team player
, able to inspire and collaborate across distributor and internal teams. Interest in
lifestyle, fashion, and emerging trends
, with the ability to translate them into relevant brand activations. Willingness to work during
evenings and weekends
when required by activations or events. Good understanding of
social media tools
and how to amplify offline activations digitally. Analytical and financially literate, with proven experience in
A&P budget management and KPI tracking
. Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
