As a Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping and maintaining our fintech’s visual identity, ensuring a consistent, distinctive, and high-quality brand experience across all touchpoints. Your work will directly support brand perception, business growth, and the effectiveness of our communication efforts. Develop and maintain the visual identity - Create brand-aligned assets and contribute to the evolution of our look & feel. Produce assets for the Marketing team - Print materials, event collateral, email design, performance ads, and all other required deliverables. Collaborate on the creation of our design system - Build scalable visual components to streamline asset production. Work cross-functionally with multiple teams - Marketing, Product, and Sales, providing creative direction, feedback, and operational support. Professional Experience - 3⁄5 years of experience in design agencies or studios, with a strong focus on branding and visual identity. Technical Skills - Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D programs. Visual Culture & Brand Approach - Strong visual culture, a refined aesthetic sense, and a methodical approach to brand design. Communication & Project Management - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design choices and manage priorities and deadlines effectively. Innovation, AI & Experimentation - Curiosity for generative AI, openness to experimentation, and a passion for innovation, fintech, and design systems.
