Help Desk - Level 1 We’re looking for a passionate Level 1 Help Desk Specialist to join our team, supporting our client in Milan. Required Skills Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role. User Support: Ability to handle first-line support requests through a ticketing system, responding to user inquiries via phone or assistance tickets. Problem Diagnosis: Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and replicate issues in a test environment if necessary. Technical Coordination: Ability to collaborate with internal ATM IT references to analyze and resolve technical issues. Issue Resolution: Capability to provide direct resolutions or workarounds when possible, escalating complex cases to Level 2 support. User Guidance: Supporting users in utilizing system functionalities and providing an overview of operational processes. Documentation Skills: Recording all interventions, maintaining operational manuals, updating documentation, and creating test scenarios. English Proficiency: Ability to read and write proficiently, with conversational skills. Required Technical Skills: Experience with .NET frameworks Knowledge of SQL Server Familiarity with Angular Understanding of IT service management processes Nice to Have Skills: Exposure to service desk tools and ticketing systems Knowledge of ITIL best practices Basic network troubleshooting skills What You Will Do: Respond to support calls and assistance tickets, ensuring timely and efficient issue resolution. Maintain strong relationships with users and key business stakeholders. Work closely with internal IT teams to diagnose and resolve issues. Replicate issues in a test environment when necessary. Provide training and guidance to users on system functionalities and best practices. Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support and coordinate resolutions with the IT department. Document all interventions, maintain system documentation, and update knowledge bases. Perform ongoing operational tasks based on business requests. Work Conditions: Location: On-site full-time for the first three months (in Milan) then hybrid (2 days on-site, 3 remote).
