Position: Technical Sales Specialist

Randstad Professional's Sales & Marketing division, specializing in Middle and Senior Management recruitment for a leading multinational in the hydraulic pipes sector, is seeking a:
Responsibilities:
1. Promote the company's products and services through client visits, events, trade shows, and presentations;
2. Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases, including drafting specifications;
3. Establish and maintain relationships with clients, commercial partners, and especially Public Authorities, Utilities, and Water Management Consortia;
4. Manage technical requests from clients and translate needs into qualified technical offers;
5. Recommend optimal technical solutions and conduct technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for clients;
6. Apply engineering skills and hydraulic application knowledge to deliver high-level assistance, including network design;
7. Offer technical support to clients, sales force, marketing, and production as needed;
8. Support continuous improvement of technical solutions;
9. Engage with distributors and sales networks, gathering feedback to improve product offerings;
10. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies;
11. Monitor market trends and competitors.
Minimum Requirements:
* High school diploma or relevant university degree;
* Previous experience in sales or promotion roles;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Willingness to travel and participate in events and fairs, possibly abroad.
