The HR Business Partner is a strategic partner to the business focusing on delivering a People Plan for nominated business areas to drive improved business performance.
As an HRBP, you will ensure alignment and successful collaboration both with sub-domain key stakeholders and critical internal stakeholder groups (local and global HR teams in centers of expertise, enabling functions & business) in the matrix organization.
It’s going to act as HRBP for Vodafone Servizi and Tecnologie, a Vodafone Group owned company with approximately 900 employees in Italy, working in Network and Digital & IT areas. You will be part of an international HR team with many opportunities to share best practices across 11 markets in Europe.

* Business understanding
* HR experience; generalist and/or specialist
* Strong relationship building, influencing, communication & coaching skills
* Analytical skills, intellectual capacity, and a desire to learn quickly
* Experience working in a global, cross-country, matrix organization
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
* Degree
* Fluent in both Italian and English
* At least 2 years of experience within the HR function; experience in a complex and multinational environment is a plus
* Leadership skills and ability to manage complexity
