We’re looking for a proactive, analytical, data-driven Pricing Specialist to join our Enlarged Europe Parts Services team and help shape the evolution of our aftersales pricing strategy across Europe. If you enjoy working with data, solving complex problems, understanding market dynamics, and collaborating with diverse international teams — this role is for you. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 pAs a Pricing Specialist, you will play a central role in building smart, competitive, and future‑ready pricing strategies. You’ll work across data analytics, benchmarking, AI adoption, and business decision-making — contributing directly to measurable business impact. /p h3AI, Digital Transformation Pricing Tools /h3 ul liDrive the adoption of AI-powered solutions in the aftersales pricing process. /li liSupport the digital transformation of the pricing ecosystem through automation and smart tools. /li liDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve internal aftersales databases and dashboards using data-visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI). /li liEnsure data quality and tool reliability to strengthen pricing insights across regions and brands. /li /ul h3Pricing Analysis Business Insights /h3 ul liAnalyse large and complex datasets, including parts master data, pricing details, product applicability, sales performance, and benchmarking inputs. /li liIdentify pricing trends across products, markets, and competitors to support strategic decision-making. /li liConduct competitor price monitoring (top sellers, volumes, market trends) and provide actionable recommendations. /li liPerform price repositioning impact analysis, tracking KPIs and proposing corrective actions. /li /ul h3Benchmarking External Studies /h3 ul liManage and evaluate external pricing studies and benchmarking exercises. /li liInterpret results and transform them into clear, data-driven insights for internal stakeholders. /li liSupport cross-market alignment to ensure consistency and competitiveness. /li /ul h3Transversal Pricing Activities /h3 ul liContribute to recurring pricing processes such as inflation updates, discount structure reviews, margin control, and corridor price implementation. /li liWork closely with commercial, category, and finance teams to ensure alignment across functions. /li liPromote efficient use and continuous improvement of the Aftersales Pricing Tool. /li /ul h3Core Skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into clear recommendations. /li liCuriosity, proactivity, and eagerness to grow in a dynamic environment. /li liAbility to collaborate with multiple international stakeholders. /li liClear communication and structured presentation skills. /li liReliability, ownership, and attention to detail. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liSolid Excel skills; knowledge of Access is a plus. /li liExperience with Power BI or other data-visualization tools. /li liUnderstanding of pricing analysis, data modeling, or market analysis is an advantage. /li liKnowledge of aftersales processes is appreciated but not mandatory. /li /ul h3Ideal For Candidates With /h3 ul liA degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics or related fields. /li li1–2 years of experience (or a structured internship) in pricing, data analysis, business analytics, product management, marketing, purchasing, or similar fields. /li liExperience in the automotive/aftersales world is a strong plus. /li liFluency in English (C1 level). /li /ul h3WHY JOIN US /h3 ul liWork in a global organization with iconic automotive brands. /li liBe part of a strategic function with direct business impact from day one. /li liGrow your analytical and business skills in a dynamic, international environment. /li liCollaborate with experts across data, category management, commercial, and product functions. /li /ul pIf you’re ready to bring your analytical mindset, curiosity, and energy to a team where your ideas matter — we want to meet you! /p pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
