You are comfortable working with product and dev teams, prioritizing what matters, and transforming a platform into a scalable, intuitive, and high-impact user experience.Must speak Italian and have experience in SaaS products.What you will doYou will lead the UX/UI evolution and rebranding of HexErgy, working closely with product and engineering. Your role includes:
Leading the UX/UI redesign of the platform (rebranding phase)Applying best practices in SaaS UX/UIWorking with product leaders to prioritize features and flowsTranslating complex processes into simple and intuitive experiencesDesigning wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity UICollaborating with developers for accurate implementationImproving existing UX through continuous iterationBuilding and evolving a design systemContributing to product and brand consistency

Your profile
3+ years in UI/UX design for SaaS productsStrong portfolio (real products, not just visuals)Experience working with product & engineering teamsAdvanced use of tools like Figma (or similar)Strong understanding of UX principles and flowsAbility to structure and prioritize design workFluent in Italian and English
Nice to have
Experience in rebranding or product redesignBasic understanding of frontend (HTML/CSS)Experience in cleantech / energy / marketplaces
