Grafton Office is a sub‑specialization of Gi Group Spa authorized by the Ministry of Labor. The team supports candidates in accounting, sales, marketing, HR, legal, purchasing and office management.

Job description – The successful candidate will join the Legal & Compliance team and provide support in managing export compliance activities, handling administrative legal matters related to business processes, liaising with public authorities and supporting logistics in export operations.

• Assist in export compliance management.
  
• Handle administrative legal processes connected to company operations.
  
• Coordinate with public administrations.
  
• Support logistical tasks related to export activities.

• Degree in Law or equivalent.
  
• Minimum experience in export/compliance field.
  
• Basic knowledge of export regulations (e.g., Legge 185/90) preferred.
