A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a "SAP Project Manager" to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing
Creation of SAP project planning and schedule.
Monitor, control Implementation Team and execution of the Team Plans and schedules, reporting issues and progress to Steering Committee
Refine and implement project related standards, templates, and procedures.
Ensure training of Team staff on the use of tools, templates, procedures, and standards as part of the SAP Deployment Effort
Lead cross-functional teams to understand current state, future state landscape, organizational, master data and business processes and requirements
Lead configuration requirement efforts and work to ensure that SAP settings meet requirements identified with customer
Lead creation of functional specification for developments and support effectively communication between Functional Team and Development teams to understand Functional Specification documentation and to be able to build Technical Specifications for development of technical designs
Work with the business to organize testing session for validation of the solution implemented
Work with local management to plan and schedule participation of key stakeholders in testing activities.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support during management of the execution of testing activities monitoring progress
Work with Training team for developing the necessary training materials.
Work with Training Factory to understand training content as part of Train the Trainer sessions.
Work with local management to plan and schedule participation of key stakeholders in end user training activities
Work with local management, Data Conversion team and Training team to plan and schedule cutover and go-live activities, identifying sequence of tasks, double entry, manual procedures, and load sequences involved
Manage Deployment-related cutover and go-live activities
Manage support post go-live, leading team to resolve post go-live issue
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in SAP Project Management
At least two SAP implementation full life-cycle experience (S4Hana green field implementation either on-prem either cloud, conversion to S4Hana, S4Hana upgrades, roll-out projects)
Project Management and Team Leadership experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Solid knowledge of SAP Activate implementation methodology, project management and system architecture.

Scrum Master and or Certified Project Manager will be considered a plus
Solid analytical / problem solving skills
Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.
Strong influencing and excellent communication skills
Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources
Strong client service attitude
Strong organizational and time management skills
Flexibility to travel to support our local and/or global clients
English fluency mandatory
