Support key HR processes (performance & talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning and budget, Annual Salary Review)Support people analytics activities (data collection, analysis and consolidation related to workforce, performance, talent and reward)Prepare presentations and supporting materials for HR and business meetingsContribute to HR coordination within an international and matrix organisationCollaborate with local and global HR teams (Centres of Expertise, HR Operations, HRBPs)Support ad‐hoc analytical tasks and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes
Who You Are

Requirements
University degree (completed or in progress) in Economics, Humanities, Statistics or similar fieldsGood knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with additional tools is a plusFluent in both Italian and EnglishInterest in HR, People Analytics and complex organisationsPrevious experience (internships, thesis, project work) in HR or analytical roles is a plus
