It’s your entry point into real transformation, you will work on global transformation initiatives operating at the intersection of business, data, and AI.What will you do?Functional thinking: understanding and reshaping how processes workData thinking: structuring information, flows, and logic behind those processesRun and support process mapping activities (interviews, workshops, analysis)Break down complexity into clear process structures and data flowsContribute to the design of future (to-be) operating modelsBuild conceptual data models (entities, relationships, flows)Produce sharp, structured outputs (not slides for the sake of slides, but tools to think and decide)Requirements: Master’s degree in engineering (Management engineering preferred), Computer Science, Digital Transformation – or if you are looking for a curricular internshipBasic knowledge of process mapping (BPMN preferred)Basic knowledge of data modelling concepts (entities, relationships, data flow, canonical models)Strong interest in AI applied to real workFluent English (minimum B2+)What can we offer?International EnvironmentSenior staff who will train and support your growthCurricular/extracurricular internship – 6 months (tempo pieno)You will be evaluated for a long-term roleLocation: Asolo (TV)
