Finance Project Manager (m/f/d)
Core activities
We are constantly working by looking ahead and envisioning the changes needed to face the next challenge. Our Finance Department is in the process of redefining its organization, and you will become part of the project team responsible for shaping it in a new, high-performance way. Your main tasks will include:
* Mapping and documentation group-wide financial processes and work-flows
* Conception, harmonization and continuous improvement of financial processes and projects across all our global subsidiaries, BUs and Branches
* Supporting the digital transformation of financial operations
* Development and optimization of cross-functional processes and support of the finance teams to effectively use and connect them
* Overseeing strategic projects working in direct connection with the top management
* Fostering collaboration and understanding during a transition period
* Monitoring development steps and setting timelines
Required profile

If you have strong analytical and conceptual skills, then the role of Finance Project Manager (m/f/d) is probably right for you. The following requirements complete your profile:
* Completed studies in Business Administration, focused on finance, accounting, controlling and/or information systems
* Extensive experience in finance, ideally in a highly digitized / system-based environment
* Process management skills and familiarity with digitization initiatives and business intelligence in an international business environment
* Ability to work with cross-functional departments and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders from all hierarchies
* Hands-on approach in moving from the strategic ideation to the factual execution
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in English. German and/or Italian would be desirable but are not essential
