FBF srl, a sportswear retailer, is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for the Adidas store in Arese (MI), located within the "Il Centro" shopping center - via Giuseppe Eugenio Luraghi, 11, 20044 Arese, MI.
Main activities
*
* Management of merchandise: incoming/outgoing, restocking, inventory, returns;
* Administrative management of the store: deposits, payments, cash register;
* Management of the sales floor using advanced product knowledge, advanced sales techniques, and appropriate elements of the customer service model;
* Customer loyalty;
* Coordination of team activities: onboarding, training, and development of resources;
* Monitoring of budgets and KPIs. xjrgpwk
Requirements
*
* High school diploma;
* At least 24 months of work experience in a similar role;
* Experience in sports/fashion/fashion retail environments with assisted sales is preferred;
* Good IT skills (basic software, proficiency with Microsoft Office, knowledge of cash register and warehouse management applications);
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Organizational and problem‑solving skills;
* Ability to lead;
* Availability to travel nationally;
* Good command of English.
