Job responsibilities
* Manage and supervise the reservations team, ensuring impeccable and timely service.
* Optimize room availability and distribution channels (OTA, GDS, website, travel agencies, tour operators).
* Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
* Maintain personalized and attentive communication with leisure guests, travel designers, agencies, and luxury partners.
* Analyze booking data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
* Keep all reservation and CRM systems updated, ensuring data integrity.
* Respond promptly to special requests, ensuring reservations meet customer needs and preferences.
* Train and motivate the team to uphold high standards of quality and a proactive sales approach.
Qualifications
* At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels, preferably with an international leisure clientele.
* Excellent knowledge of PMS Opera and reservation systems (Travelclick, Lighthouse, IDEAS).
* Deep understanding of distribution channels and revenue management dynamics.
* Fluent in English and at least one other language, preferably French.
* Problem-solving attitude, organizational skills, and strong customer focus.
* Knowledge of the luxury market and high-profile client expectations.
* Familiarity with LQA standards.
