As RGM Executive you will support the RGM Promo Lead AH to shape the long term promotional agenda, defining Channel/sub Channel promotional strategy aligned with strategic priorities to drive shopper behaviours to allow sustainable and profitable growth for the Company through incremental revenue and margin expansion and you will daily collaborate with Commercial Teams.
Responsibilities
* Development of Promo Strategy & Guidelines leveraging available sources of shopper/customer/competition/market information, ensuring full alignment with company strategy, RGM objectives, and financial targets.
* Identification of key areas for promo efficiency & effectiveness optimization.
* Set-up of Promo post-evaluations to inform future promotional strategy.
* Work closely with RGM AH OBPPC Executive, ensuring promo price architecture in AH and price corridors between channels and subchannels are properly set.
* Support Promo 360 transformation ensuring the new tool includes all the needed functionalities to drive an end-to-end promo process (from guidelines definition to approval/execution and tracking).
* Promote an enterprise-wide RGM mindset, influencing stakeholders (Comex, Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance, RTM, Demand Planning) to elevate RGM as a core growth capability across the organization.

Qualifications
* At least 8 years of working experience.
* Significant experience in customer management.
* Previous RGM, Category Management, Customer/Category Finance experience is a plus.
