In this role, you will be the technical pivot between design and production, ensuring that every garment—from prototypes to final production—meets our quality standards and technical specifications. You will work closely with international suppliers and cross-functional teams to bring our collections to life. /p h3YOUR IMPACT /h3 ul libEnd-to-End Development /b: Manage the development of Prototypes, SMS (Salesman Samples), and Pre-Production samples, coordinating with Design, Graphic, Fabric, Trims, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Demand Planning teams. /li libTechnical Management /b: Take full ownership of technical sheets on the PLM system across all development stages. /li libMonitoring Reporting /b: Create and maintain detailed Excel tracking files to monitor project advancement and ensure deadlines are met. /li libSupplier Coordination /b: Communicate technical data, color ranges, and comments to international suppliers in English; coordinate with Demand Planning for sample order issuance. /li libQuality /b: Verify sample conformity, provide technical feedback, and manage the creation and coloring of BOM/DIBA for both garments and graphics. /li libProblem Solving /b: Support international suppliers in resolving technical issues related to sampling and production, and provide technical evaluations for production allocation. /li /ul h3WHAT YOU BRING /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of proven experience as a Product Developer within the apparel industry. /li liStrong product sensitivity and deep technical knowledge across key categories, specifically Sportswear, Woven, Denim, and Shirts. /li liProficiency in both written and spoken English is essential for daily communication with international partners. /li liKnowledge of Excel and experience with PLM systems. /li liA collaborative team player with a "hands‑on" approach and excellent problem‑solving abilities. /li liA degree or certification from a fashion school or courses focused on apparel industrialization is highly preferred. /li /ul h3WHAT YOU’LL FIND /h3 ul liA collaborative, international team /li liA culture that values initiative, ownership and open feedback /li liExposure to multi‑country recruiting and cross‑functional work /li liAn environment where you can be yourself and keep learning /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
