Job Purpose
- Designs train electrical architecture, cubical layout and wiring routing
- Specifies electrical apparatus to be used on project according to Preferred Parts List and Project requirements
- Produces pure principle scheme (PPS) and project apparatus specification
Accountable For
- Delivering the right product at the right moment to the project, the product consisting of the complete electrical case or a set of electrical deliverables for each baseline made of:
- Apparatus specification
- Connector coding specification
- Cubical specification
- PPS, SPS, CPS
- Routing (Step 1 & 3)
- Wiring list
- Harness case & calculation (step 5)
- Electrical architecture at train level
Responsible For
Managing the S & A QCD of their activities, sub-contracting management (inputs / outputs management)
Education Requirements
A Technician Diploma or Graduate from an Engineering School
Experience and Skills
- Electrical CAD experience (at least 2-3 years)
- Electrical and/or electrotechnical engineering knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer focus
- Structured and organized with a hands‐on approach
- Fluent in English and the national language at the site
- Resilience
- Able to work in an international, multi‐site and matrix organization structure
- Force of proposal to improve processes and deliverables
