Our Quality Control team is looking for a candidate to be trained and integrated into the team as a Microbiology Validation Specialist. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Perform environmental microbiological control of production areas deemed at risk of product contamination. Assess compliance with requirements and manage any deviations. Promote improvement actions and evaluate their effectiveness. Conduct bioburden and sterility testing on sterile devices, assessing compliance with requirements and managing any deviations. Perform Cleaning Validation activities. Write protocols and reports. Required qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in scientific disciplines (Biotechnology, Biological Science, CTF). Minimum experience in diagnostic systems and in medical device companies (nice to have). Good knowledge of English (B2/C1 Level) and Italian (C2 Level). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The candidate will work in collaboration with other company departments; therefore, good operational effectiveness, flexibility, and excellent teamwork skills are required. Accountability and problem-solving abilities are key expertise for success in this role.
