Inside Sales and Telemarketing Professional
We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales and Telemarketing professional to join our team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will engage with them through multiple communication channels, including phone, live chat, WhatsApp, and email.
Your primary goal will be to understand their needs, present the best solutions, and guide them toward a successful purchasing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily outbound and inbound communications via phone, chat, WhatsApp, and email to generate qualified leads and move prospects through the sales funnel.
* Understand customer needs through active listening and deliver tailored product recommendations.
* Collaborate closely with our external sales team and distribution partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
* Create and manage quotations and follow up consistently to ensure high lead conversion.
* Analyze market feedback and customer behavior to continuously refine your outreach strategy.
* Provide proactive support to clients, ensuring they remain engaged throughout the pre-sale process.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or telesales role; familiarity with high-volume, multi-channel environments is essential.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across different platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers remotely.
* Comfortable using CRM systems, messaging platforms, and digital tools.
* Fluency in English is required; additional 1/2 languages are a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Languages, Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
* Highly organized, resilient, and goal-oriented.
