What We're Looking For
3–4 years of hands-on experience in
full stack development
(frontend focus with backend exposure)
Solid knowledge of
ReactJS
(state management, routing, data fetching)
Strong skills in
HTML, CSS, JavaScript (or TypeScript)
Experience with
Git
and modern dev tools (npm, Vite, Maven, Gradle)
Familiarity with
Java
or another object-oriented backend language
Understanding of
web fundamentals
(DOM, fetch API, REST APIs, browser-server communication)
Basic knowledge of
relational databases
and data retrieval
Docker/containerization
experience is a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Fluent in Italian and
English
