We are looking for a passionate, service-driven, and highly motivated Restaurant Floor Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and coordinating restaurant team in alignment with Reschio philosophy, service standards and operational procedures. The ideal candidate combines leadership skills with a hands-on approach to service and plays an essential role in fostering a harmonious, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead by example through active involvement in daily lunch and dinner service, maintaining a hands-on and proactive presence on the floor.
- Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience that consistently exceeds expectations.
- Supervise, support, motivate and train the restaurant team ensuring seamless operations and consistently high service standards.
- Coordinate smooth communication and collaboration between restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams, in line with Reschio procedures.
- Handle guest feedback, requests, and special requirements with professionalism, discretion, and care.
- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of restaurant, café, storage, and back-office areas, ensuring all materials and menus are impeccably maintained.
- Ensure accurate and detailed shift handovers to guarantee operational continuity and service excellence.
- Build and maintain professional, respectful, and ethical relationships with guests, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP regulations and the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within luxury restaurant or hospitality environments.
- Strong operational mindset with a hands-on approach to service leadership.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding guest service and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm, solution-oriented, and detail-focused under pressure.
- Fluent English required; Italian and additional languages are considered a plus.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and proactive approach.
